He MUST NOTS: Junior Girls, 2021 Edition

Every year, I have my students read the entry posted Monday night called The Princess Bride And MookDa's List. It will explain what I'm about to type here. On November 10th, after reading the previously mentioned article, everyone in my classes listed five absolutes about the person they will marry in both the positives (He Must/She Must) and the negative (He Must Not/She Must Not). So with Valentine's Day still two months away, here is the second installment, from the junior girls in my Gospels' classes. They are all are used by permission:

“He must not lead me astray from God.” Faith
“He must not have anger issues.” Leah
”He must not confide in other women about our relationship.” Katelyn
”He must not point out my flaws and insecurities.” Piper
”He must not be an open book to anyone but me.” Ella
”He must not have a man bun. (my mom’s rule!)” Emily
”He must not show violence through actions or words.” Vanda
”He must not hate cats.” Madison
”He must not be clingy… although I do like being loved and having attention from him.” Trina
”He must not have a problematic background.” Mary
”He must not be a lazy person.” Cara
”He must not be covered in tattoos although a couple is fine.” Hannah
”He must not be a messy or disorganized person.” Gabrielle
”He must not take my money.” Sophia M.
”He must not have a criminal record.” Sophia G.
”He must not rant on social media.” Katelyn
”He must not believe in false gods or worship them.” Leah
”He must not pretend to or inattentively listen to me.” Piper
”He must not always want to stay home.” Ella
”He must not pressure me into something I don’t want to do.” Emily
”He must not use drugs.” Vanda
”He must not be afraid to correct me IF I’m wrong.” Faith
”He must not make fun of my interests.” Madison
”He must not want children until both of us are ready.” Trina
”He must not drink.” Mary
”He must not be dishonest.” Cara
”He must not have long hair.” Hannah
”He must not be shorter than me.” Gabrielle
