Dad is in and out of sleep mode very quickly, probably due to the morphine. When he opens his eyes, he tries to tell us things but much is unintelligible. He did get out, "Thanks for taking care of me," and he also said a short prayer, ending with, "In Jesus name, AMEN." We are going through old photos in preparation for a memorial video. There are so many memories stuffed in boxes! We feel all of your prayers!
