This evening, I received an e-mail from Leeya, a young woman in our Chinese congregation. She and her husband are expecting their first child. Leeya asked if I would pray for her mother who tomorrow will visit the US Embassy in China in hopes of obtaining a visa. Since this is her first baby, Leeya very much wants her mother to be here. Could you join with me in praying that her mother's visa application is approved?
Also, Raoul Ramirez, a long time WCS employee, suffered a heart attack Saturday and remains hospitalized. The Ramirez family has been an integral part of Westbury Christian and I would ask you to pray for a speedy recovery!
