The Blesseds

This is the third and final installment of my students putting the Beatitudes of Jesus in their own words. These kids range in age from 8th grade through seniors. Boys are in blue and girls are in purple. I hope they cause you to think...and smile!

"Blessed are the lonely mothers for they will be married to the father." Gerran

"Blessed are the singers for there will be karaoke in heaven." Eric H.

"Blessed are the elderly for they will be young in heaven." Zak

"Blessed are those with flaws because God doesn't see them." Sasha

"Blessed are those who are left alone in the dark for God is the light." Eric G.

"Blessed are the old for their time with God is near." Lance

"Blessed are the cold for God has a warm heart." Darius

"Blessed are the blind for they will see the beauty of heaven." Jalyn

"Blessed are the travelers, for one day the road ends." Jacob

"Blessed are the homeless for they shall find their shelter." Justin

"Blessed are those who are lame, for they will walk through the gates of heaven." Joshua F.

"Blessed are the divorced for they will find their eternal love." Mary

"Blessed are the short for there is no height requirement for heaven." Ian

"Blessed are those who have two left feet because everyone will be great dancers in heaven." Cody

"Blessed are the overweight for they will reduce their cholesterol." Ashlee

"Blessed are those who wonder, because God's light will show you the way." Johnavon

"Blessed are the abused for God will heal them and nurture them." Bryant

"Blessed are those who worry for in heaven there is nothing to worry about." Kat

God bless,
