Dad was in a talkative mood tonight. He got up extra early (5:30 AM) to be ready for his appointment with the cancer specialist. Dad thought the checkup went well. He gave me updates on some family members and friends. It thrills him to know that others still turn to him for advice...and listen! He is bracing for an expected snow storm that is predicted to come through the St. Louis area. Tomorrow, a new dishwasher is to be installed. We hope it increases the value of the house! Thanks for all your prayers and help for our family.
