I called Dad later than normal (we had a game) and he was already asleep. He is eagerly awaiting the coming of Spring and warmer weather in St. Louis! On Wednesday, Deb Leahy, an elder's wife and a dear friend, will take Dad to a checkup with his cancer specialist. After chapel today, I met the speaker, a local minister. He told me he knew of Dad and that he knows Dad's brother, Monroe. That always makes me feel responsible for taking care of the family name! Please continue to keep Dad and Mom in your prayers and thanks for all you do!
