Dad felt pretty good physically but had a rough day. He told me he was very emotional although he did not say why. It could be because of problems in the house. The dishwasher went out and he had to call in a repairman to fix the furnace. Perhaps this all just loaded up on him. I also think he does better when one of the family is there. I saw part of a documentary about Johnny Cash which spoke of how Johnny mourned the loss of his wife, June. He talked to her picture each day and never slept in their bed again. Maybe Dad will always deal with that in terms of Mom. Even though he can see her at times, their life normal life together is over and he misses her very badly. Please pray that Dad remains strong and continues to progress! Thanks for all you do!

I'm sorry he had a bad day. That's sad what happened with your mom, that things won't be normal with him and her again. But hopefully he continues to do well. I hope the best for him!
