Today, Dad told me he did the unthinkable- he feel asleep in church service this morning! I know one unnamed preacher from Nebraska whose unnamed kids would have been worn out for the same indiscretion! Dad is just very tired after an emotional week. He remains hungry for details in our lives and rejoices when we rejoice. As noted yesterday, he had furnace problems but, praise the Lord, the repairman had the necessary supplies to fix it! It is better that it happened now instead of to the next owner! This evening, one of the home groups is meeting at the house. Since Dad can't entertain, this is the next best option! I know he will be thrilled! Thanks for all of your prayers!
