Dad went back to worship for the second time today and again, it was a blessing for him. Scott and family returned home safely to Kansas. Scott was able to make some minor repairs to the house in their four days in St. Louis. Dad is feeling good. His big news today was his finding that he could read at a good level. This opens doors for Dad he felt were closed to him! (He read for several hours!) It was our first day alone, Dad and me. I prepared two meals and we made it through! Dad is loving his new phone which has a number of features! Dad spent close to an hour talking to Bill Fryer, a friend for well-over fifity years, from their days serving the Lord together in New York. It was a spirit lifter for him. Thanks for all who are constantly calling and mailing Dad, as well as praying!
