Dad remembered that it was his three month anniversary of having the stroke. He celebrated it in a unique way; he re-dedicated himself to studying the Bible everyday on CD. Before he began having back problems last summer, Dad would get up at 5AM to read the Scriptures and pray. He feels he has drifted some spiritually- a common occurrence I would guess- and wants to focus once more on the Lord. He went to the hospital for x-rays tonight and was very sleepy when I called. Surrey Place has set a date for him to be released- November 8. Please pray that he is able to make the adjustment and thanks to all who keep praying and helping!
